You will be greeted by spectacular panoramic views of majestic Mount Rainier and the regal Olympic Mountains. Surrounded by this breathtaking scenery you will experience peaceful tranquility in one of our two private, independent guest accommodations. Your home away from home, Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast, can be found overlooking the shoreline of Three Tree Point on Puget Sound. Located approximately 15 minutes from down town Seattle and 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport, we offer a choice of private accommodations for the discerning business and pleasure traveler complete with living room, dining area, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

Charming and comfortable, The Suite invites you to open the French doors, gaze upon the Puget Sound waters and rest within the large oversize chairs and loveseat. Place your feet upon the ottoman, grab a good book, a cup of tea and a snack or snuggle with your loved one.

For the ultimate in relaxation, surrounded by warmth, our newly opened Cottage provides all the comforts of home, plus more. Bright and spacious, this bungalow setting among salt water and mountain views, invites you to cozy up next to the fireplace and rekindle your soul, spirit and body. It is truly a magical getaway.

During your visit at Three Tree Point, enjoy a peaceful beach walk, a hike along the historical Indian Trails or a healthy 4-mile run around the neighborhood. After exploring the Point, sit down to a glass of wine on your private patio and watch the commercial ships make their way through the shipping lanes of Puget Sound or rejuvenate in the spa overlooking the water. On occasion you may be fortunate to see a pod of visiting orca whales.

Following a good night's sleep, awaken to a healthy and delicious Breakfast within the comforts of your kitchen, you will find a wide variety of breakfasts – ready any time. Enjoy dining in your suite or cottage or outside on the patio. You'll often hear the neighborhood seals barking or see bald eagles soaring overhead early in the morning as the sun rises over the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier.
