Three Tree Point feels as if it's worlds away, yet it is only 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport.

Driving Directions

From SeaTac, we are directly west in the community called Burien. Come into Burien by 518 out of SeaTac Airport. The 518 freeway changes into 148th Street. Turn left on 1st Ave S. Turn right on SW 152nd St and continue west on SW 152nd St. to 21 Ave SW. Turn left on 21 Ave SW and go 1.7 miles on the main road. Turn a hard 180degree left onto 33rd Ave SW (dead-end road.) Ours is the first house on the left. The address is 17026 33rd Ave SW.

From Seattle, take 509 (the Alaska Viaduct) South to Burien and exit 509 at the Airport, Burien Exit. Or take Interstate 5 South to 518 West (Burien/SeaTac Airport Exit).
